For years, Anna A.Sweets Girl has enjoyed her time spent daily in her pastry kitchen. Her belief is in simple true flavors, which she creates using fresh quality ingredients that transform swiftly from scratch through the kitchen into the most simple to the more extravagant creations.

After finishing her Baking and Patisserie studies in 2008 at Le Cordon Bleu, her career began while spending a year as the pastry chef creating the dessert menu of Chicago's Asian Fusion restaurant "Le Lan." At Le Lan, Anna had the great honor of interning and later working with Chef Bill Kim, now chef/owner of Urban Belly, BellyQ, and Belly Shack. She then moved on to manage the bakery department of "Eleaven", in downtown Chicago, working with morning pastries and artisan breads.

On October 1, 2015, Anna launched her A.Sweets Girl Cupcake Truck and now you can find Anna on the streets of Chicago daliy! A.Sweets Girl is in the business of creating handmade, specialty gourmet cupcakes with a unique twist and introducing these new, imaginative creations to Chicago!

What sets A.Sweets Girl apart from other cupcake shops is that not only do we offer innovative, original flavors that bring a refreshing update to the sweets we have all grown up eating, but we are also committed to using only fresh, real ingredients of the highest quality. We utilize pure extracts and incorporate seasonal ingredients throughout the year. Our cupcakes have NO artificial ingredients and NO preservatives!

A.Sweets Girl also use artisan techniques and make all our cupcakes from scratch each day using our own unique recipe. And from scratch to us does not mean using pre-made flour mixes or artificial or "natural" icings that come out of a bucket that contain chemical preservatives and stabilizers. A.Sweets Girl is committed to made-from-scratch and bake all our cupcakes daily using raw ingredients and hand decorate each with our signature buttercreams made with real butter!"
